    Ordered a sunshade for my 23 crosstrek. No update except that my payment was received. Called phone # that was supplied in email looking for an update. Gave 24 hrs for a reply and got nothing. Called Ferguson parts department talked to Charlie. He was unable to locate my order at all. Said he’d get with the online parts order person and he would call me back. Didn’t receive a return phone call just an email later this evening say it had finally been shipped. Most likely will not be recommending Fergusons online store or using it myself in the future

    Great this subaru dealership lied to me for the lady time in waco I went online cause the can't provide or promise certified service without lieing they left my heated windshield fluid lift turned a battery on its side after I purchased it quite ridiculous thank yall for providing what they cannot honesty

    Web site was a bit clumsy. It would not allow me to input the part number when searching. I got here by a Google Search so I just did that again for the Seat Cover and it kept the sunshade in the cart from the search before so I was able to add it and check out.
